What the AliTools app collects, who receives it, how long we keep it, and how you erase it.

- No accounts. We never ask for your name, e-mail or AliExpress login.
- Your device gets a random identifier, and everything you save is tied to it alone.
- We do not sell personal data.
- You can erase everything from inside the app at any time.
AliTools checks prices on AliExpress, keeps a price history, warns you about listings that mix different products, watches saved products for price drops and tracks parcels. This policy explains what the app sends to our servers, who else receives it, how long it is kept and how you delete it.
1 Who is responsible

2 No account, no profile
When the app is first opened it creates a random installation identifier and stores it on your device. Our servers use that identifier to keep your saved products, alerts and parcels together, and to protect the service from abuse.
It is not linked to your name, phone number, e-mail address or AliExpress account, and it changes if you reinstall the app or delete your data.

What we never collect
4 Legal basis under the GDPR
- Performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b). Price checks, watchlist, alerts, parcel tracking, support and subscription features you ask for.
- Legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f). Protecting the service from abuse, diagnosing failures, measuring usage in aggregate.
- Consent, Art. 6(1)(a). Push notifications, which you switch on yourself, and attribution based on the advertising identifier where consent is required. You can withdraw both at any time in the app and in Android settings.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with data brokers.
6 Affiliate links
When you open a product on AliExpress from AliTools, the link carries our affiliate tag. If you buy something, AliExpress may pay us a commission, and the price you pay is exactly the same.
The tag does not tell us who you are or what you bought. We receive only aggregated reports from AliExpress.
7 Delete your data
From inside the app
Settings → Data management → Delete all AliTools dataThis erases everything linked to your installation identifier from our servers: saved products, alerts, parcels, push token, support requests and diagnostic reports. It also clears the data on the device.
You can also write to support@price-tracker.cloud from any address and quote the installation identifier shown in the app settings. We answer within 30 days.
Uninstalling the app alone does not delete server-side data. Marketplace facts such as a product’s price history are not personal data and remain afterwards, with no link to you.
8 Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to the contact above.
You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9 Children
AliTools is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
10 Security
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS, and the app refuses unencrypted connections. Push tokens, support messages and parcel data are stored encrypted. Servers are hosted in the European Union and access is limited to the operator.
11 Changes to this policy
We publish any update on this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we announce it in the app.
